Nguyen Thuy Duong is a Partner and Project Finance Advisor at ALIAT, with over 25 years of expertise in finance, accounting, and intellectual property commercialization. She plays a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and supervising State-funded Science & Technology (S&T) missions under Vietnam’s National IP Development Program, across multiple phases from 2016 to 2025.

With a solid background as Chief Accountant for various businesses over a 15-year period, and more than 7 years as a project manager for over 40 provincial IP commercialization projects, she has built an outstanding track record in structuring financial frameworks, managing multi-stakeholder coordination, and delivering tangible outcomes in IP value creation.

Her combined expertise in public finance and intellectual property enables her to bridge legal protection with market-oriented branding and commercialization strategies for regional specialties, community-based products, and innovation-driven enterprises.
