KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct and support patent searches and analyses.
- Prepare, review and monitor patent applications.
- Assist in responding to office actions in Vietnam and overseas.
- Review technical materials and work with inventors to understand the nature and scope of inventions.
- Assist in managing clients’ patent portfolios and prosecution deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A university degree or higher in science, engineering or technology.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and clearly communicate technical information.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and motivated to develop specialised patent expertise.
- Previous patent experience is an advantage; suitable candidates will receive professional training.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
